Amidst the severe shortage in fixers in recent years and lack of space on-site, Shiu Wing Steel has invested in off-site cut-and-bend service on a Government-approved Steel Reinforcing Bar Prefabrication Yard, which helps reduce on-site processing and boost the productivity of the industry.
The Cut & Bend process can be separated into 4 different stages: job development, planning, production and material delivery.
Confirmation of BBS from client, Shiu Wing Steel will start working on the project.
Production IDs are put on 12m steel bar bundles. The steel bars will then be delivered to production.
